The Program Manager, Compassion Fund – Philippines plays a key role in managing an internal employee‑to‑employee giving fund with a strong emphasis on fundraising. This role is pivotal in driving the program’s growth and impact by leveraging compelling narratives, strategic marketing, and creative fundraising initiatives. The Program Manager will create an emotional connection between employees and the fund’s mission, increasing engagement, contributions, and overall impact. The role also provides hands‑on support to key stakeholders for Compassion Fund employee grant requests.
