Key Responsibilities  
Counsel prospective learners on courses and certification programs. 
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls. 
Convert leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups. 
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. 
Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems.
