Job Summary

Responsible for leadership and/or technical oversight of an assigned Information Technology (IT) segment within the organization. Responsible for creating and rolling out policies and procedures associated with assigned IT segment. Will act as point of contact and full accountability for a high degree of redundancy and reliability of assigned IT segment.
Job Duties


+ Identifies best practices for service offerings of IT segment.

+ Maintains in-depth knowledge of departmental workflows.

+ Responsible for vendor management, which includes but is not limited to, contract negotiations, invoice reconciliation, release updates, issues lists and new product evaluations.

+ Reviews work of lower level personnel to ensure satisfaction of service offerings.

+ Performs personnel review and evaluation function for salary administration, training and promotion.
