            Functional Responsibilities  Establish and enforce robust governance reporting and delivery assurance mechanisms including regular SteerCo and executive updates. 
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners ensuring clarity of roles, deliverables and performance expectations. 
Lead financial management of the programme including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and ensuring adherence to approved spend envelopes. 
Identify and manage financial risks, optimisation opportunities and trade-offs to maximise value delivery within budget constraints. 
Oversee vendor commercial performance including tracking against contractual commitments, deliverables and commercial terms. 
Ensure disciplined change control assessing scope, cost and timeline impacts before approval and integration into the programme plan.
