Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to support the EAGLE-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Manages project control activities for complex programs or multiple projects, with responsibility for cost, schedule, and scope tracking.

+ Leads a team of project control staff, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and providing training and performance feedback.

+ Sets up projects in the accounting system, prepares and reviews budgets and forecasts, analyzes variances, and drives corrective actions with project managers.

+ Ensures compliance with contract and company requirements and oversees contract closeout.

+ Other duties as required.
