The Whiting School of Engineering is seeking a **_Program Coordinator_** to provide high-level administrative project support to the Center on Artificial Intelligence for Materials in Extreme Environments (CAIMEE) under the umbrella of HEMI, and direct administrative support to CAIMEE faculty, including calendaring and meeting management. This person must maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality, comfortably taking initiative and exercising independent judgment to resolve issues. Must be able to work in a demanding, fast-paced collaborative work environment as part of an exciting support team committed to excellence and customer service. This position will reports directly to the HEMI Administrator, however job duties are primarily assigned by the CAIMEE Program Manager.
