• The Program Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting management and occupancy reviews of assigned multifamily project-based Section 8 properties.


• The role ensures compliance with U.S.
• Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations through tenant file reviews, rent calculations, follow-up monitoring, and physical inspections.
• The Compliance Specialist also conducts follow-up inspections of Section 8 units referred by HUD and documents property conditions to ensure required corrective actions are completed.
