**Job Title: Production Worker**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on operating a variety of grinders and hand tools to smooth and finish custom trailers to a high quality standard. You will prepare and refine metal surfaces, verify quality through inspection, and support safe and efficient production by maintaining tools, equipment, and your work area.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate dual-action sanders, electric grinders, and high-speed grinders with close attention to detail to smooth out crevices and correct flawed areas on trailers.
+ Use hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, torque wrenches, power bleeders, and files to support grinding, repair, and finishing tasks.
+ Inspect and feel workpieces to verify that surfaces meet established quality and finish standards.
+ Bleed brakes accurately by following manuals, work instructions, and standard procedures.
