**Job Title: Production Technician**

**Job Description**

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing parts for furnace operations, monitoring furnace performance, loading and unloading the furnace, and ensuring the highest level of quality. Training will occur from **6am to 2pm** for up to one month before transitioning to the **second shift (2pm to 10pm)** . You will also maintain a safe and efficient work area, set up and monitor production, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.
