We’re looking for a skilled Precast Team Leader who’s ready to take the next step into a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll be working with the latest Dry Cast and Wet Cast technology and helping to guide a capable team in our concrete pipe plant.

Monday to Friday – Full Time

This is a permanent role where you be responsible overseeing day‑to‑day activities of the concrete pipe plant. You’ll lead and develop the team to ensure quality output, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement — all while maintaining a strong safety culture.
