Our food manufacturing client based in Bolton are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join them on a permanent 2pm-10pm shift Monday - Friday.

Production Team Leader job purpose:

To lead, Manage and develop a team within either the bakery or packaging department, ensuring that the team runs safely, efficiently and effectively, driving a continuous improvement environment to maximise productivity and quality.

* Health, Safety and Environment - Ensure that the plant and people conform to HSE legislation, policies and standards. Takes a proactive approach to the reduction of accidents, risks and hazards at site.
