**Job Description**

**Summary**

The **Production Supervisor** directs the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Supervising the day-to-day activities of manufacturing personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
+ Work with the team to develop and continually review key operating metrics to assist workers in solving work problems
+ Implement and develop training and productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing techniques
