Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end management of industrial refrigerant dryer and filter assembly orders, including production planning, scheduling coordination, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time order delivery.
Responsibilities
Organise production team and on-site management in the assembly workshop, optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans.Understand entire production processes thoroughly, identify production bottlenecks, and propose improvement solutions.
