As a Production** Supervisor**, you will be responsible for executing the shift production plan, managing the resources in charge, ensuring the required behaviors in accordance with the PPG Way principles, and operational excellence, quality, and safety systems.
This position reports to the Production Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the production schedule by shift, review priorities, and ensure execution by the reactor and packager operators.
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures.
- Maintain process flow, address and communicate any deviations that arise during the shift.
- Hand over and accept shifts between supervisors and ensure continuity of established actions.
- Comply with safety standards during execution.
- Keep records and correct consumption of production batches.
**Qualifications**
- Chemical Engineering or related degree
- 1 year or more of experience
- Experience in personnel management
