Responsibilities

• Lead the production and support team to meet production goals.
• Responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control measures.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance for improvement when necessary.
• Establish all daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules, monitoring productivity.
• Other task given by the management.

Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineering and/or any related courses.
• Open to Fresh Graduates or at least one year's experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
