Responsibilities

• Supervise and Monitors daily production operation
• Responsible for daily production schedule
• Plans, organizes, directs and controls the production and responsible for meeting company goals.
• Supervision of production staff/workers.
• Leads process improvement and ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness
• Organizes duties of operators effectively, efficiently and handles technical problems in production of drug products.

Qualifications

• Preferably College graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Chemistry, BS Pharmacy, or any related course with relevant experience in the field of Cosmetics and other beauty products
• With a minimum of 5years' experience in the field of beauty products manufacturing
• With strong sense of responsibility, keen in details, hard-working and good team player.
• With strong management and leadership skills
