Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Technicians coordinating day-to-day production activities, safety, quality, on-time delivery and product costs to achieve company KPI’s and targets
Drive continuous improvement by supporting lean initiatives including:o 5S, Kaizen and OEE
Maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards and support Product Quality initiatives
Support recruitment, training, development, performance management and annual appraisals
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning functions to enable production schedules to be met
Ensure safe working practices and strong housekeeping standards
Qualifications
