**Description**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

The position oversees and participates in the manufacturing of products as determined by production schedules, forecasts, and work orders. This position will oversee the 2nd shift crew .

**Reporting to:** Plant Manager

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

+ Engaging in interactive communication.
+ Leading the activities of employees; providing assistance to workers engaged in production activities; troubleshooting worker and production problems and recommending solutions.
+ Training workers in production methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
+ Monitoring comprehension and re-training as necessary.
+ Participating in and overseeing the production process from beginning to end while ensuring product quality.
