**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to assist with daily floor oversight, task delegation, and act as the lead when necessary. The role involves maintaining the flow on extrusion lines, enforcing quality control standards, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and approving profiles. This position also includes training new hires on standard operating procedures, equipment, and line adjustments, while providing ongoing coaching. You will be responsible for enforcing personal protective equipment and safety protocols, assisting with audits, completing shift paperwork, and supporting shift-to-shift communication. Maintaining logs, scrap reports, attendance, and handoff notes, as well as identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements, are key aspects of this role.
