Purpose/Scope
This position is a hands-on supervisor role to lead daily operations in a growing precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for delivering measurable results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee Engagement (SQDCE) while leading crews in wet cast and/or prestress production. The Production Supervisor is responsible for building a high-performance team that produces safe, high-quality precast products on time and at cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage daily production execution for precast operations
• Conducts daily startup meetings to review SQDC performance, establish short and long term performance goals, review initiative status, present company issues, and build a winning team spirit
