            Job Description Lead and manage the production team to meet customer requirements and business goals 
Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations 
Motivate and guide team members while ensuring sufficient manpower and skill coverage 
Ensure compliance with work schedules, company procedures, and facility security 
Organize production flow to achieve output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards 
Monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to operational issues 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage employee suggestions (LISS) 
Lead problem-solving projects and allocate resources for improvement plans 
Communicate company strategy and ensure team understanding of business objectives
