Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least 3–5 years in supervisory role in manufacturing industry

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards
• Train, guide, and evaluate workers’ performance
• Prepare production reports and track performance metrics

Salary Range: 22,000 – 25,000

Work Location: Block 24, Phase 4, PEZA, Rosario, Cavite

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5pm
• Friday – 7am to 4pm
• Saturday – 7am to 11am
