**POSITION OVERVIEW**
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the safety, quality, productivity, and talent management for the Second Shift team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. This position reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for leading a team of 10-20 employees.
