Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) GENERAL SUMMARY: Coordinates and directs the activities of the production department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. Trains and supervises production personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as production demands may require.

• Ensures that all applicable state and federal requirements are met regarding OSHA, food safety, and fair employment practices in assigned area of responsibility.
• Supervises the day-to-day activities of production operations and personnel to meet established production and quality control standards.
• Ensures activities meet short-term goals established for production continuity and balance such as creating shift schedules, ordering materials, machine loading,...
