Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor 1st Shift. This is a full time, on-site position based at our Carol Stream, IL manufacturing facility.

The Production Supervisor will supervise and organize the daily manufacturing operations of Eaton Power Connections in Carol Stream, IL. To ensure consistent quality, productivity, safety and 5S in the production environment. This position will lead, motivate and assign responsibility to fellow team members and work to continuously improve the department operations while managing the cost and equipment utilization.

**Core Hours: 5AM-3:30PM**
