Job Description
The Production Staff is responsible for preparing, assembling, and packaging food items while ensuring compliance with food quality, safety, handling, and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and package fresh and finished food products in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food handling policies and standards.
- Follow operational procedures, including all company food, service, and safety standards, as outlined in the company handbook.
- Work and communicate effectively with commissary and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
