In assembly/test/probe environments, they operate various equipment to perform functions such as wafer scribe and break, die sort, die attach, lead bonding and seal, test, or mark and pack.In this role, you will also check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances as well as perform device changes and/or tool kit setup.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent with programs specializing in engineering field (e.G.
