Your role

We are looking for a Production Shift Leader in 1.74 High Index process of Optodev, Inc. who will be responsible for direct supervision of production operators to ensure that the production line meets the day‑to‑day requirements by checking manpower resources, production program, materials availability in the workshop, and ensuring production meets the organization’s target goals. Communicates to Production Supervisor for any issues affecting the line as well as the well‑being of operators including safety and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintains KPIs for all shifts product quality, labor and machine productivity, materials consumption, expenses, flow, safety.
• Adapt to changes in formulation and monomer preparation sequence.
