**Job Description**
The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Generate material floor checklists and conduct scheduled physical floor audits across all buildings.
+ Upload and review Limited Life Material (LLM) reports in SharePoint, investigating and resolving expired items.
+ Maintain and update ACID codes (SCRAP, Revision Change) and follow up on discrepancies.
+ Document and track floor check results in SharePoint and close out outstanding reports.
+ Monitor inventory locations by running reports to identify outdated material, inactive locations, or locations requiring updated points of contact.
