**Oven Production Operator – Stuyvesant Falls, NY**
**2** **nd** **shift: 4pm - 1230am, Monday through Friday**
**$19/hr.**

**Job Summary:**
Run oven production while performing moisture testing to keep products within required UCL and LCL limits. Record test results and keep work area clean and organized.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Run oven production equipment.
+ Perform moisture testing on the front and back ends of the oven.
+ Record test results in a log every 15 minutes.
+ Monitor product quality to keep products within specifications.
+ Clean workstation between tests.
+ Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
+ Report any problems to the supervisor.

**Qualifications:**
**Required**

+ Light mechanical aptitude
+ Manufacturing or production experience
+ Machine operation experience
