Job Details:

Pay: £13.45 – £13.95 per hour (increased hourly rate available after 12 weeks)

Hours of Work: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern, 7am – 7pm

Duration: Temp to Perm (12-week qualifying period)

Benefits: Permanent opportunities available with increased rates of pay

Job Role: The Production Operative will support the manufacturing process by loading materials into production machinery, removing scrap from machines, and grading materials as they come off the line. The Production Operative will visually inspect products to ensure quality, size, and shape meet specifications, accurately follow job sheets, and complete all paperwork associated with each production batch.
