Seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee multi-shift fabrication, welding, and CNC operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. You’ll drive process improvements, mentor emerging leaders, and deliver exceptional results across the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

·Managed a Team of 60-70 in fabrication and welding to meet production schedules, reduce process times, and maximize resource utilization.

·Partner with supervisors to evaluate and improve processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

·Define, monitor, and improve KPIs including OEE, scrap, rework, throughput, and first-pass yield.
