Job Description

An established milling plant based in Gauteng is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Production Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the large manufacturing facility meeting customer service levels and production throughput whilst ensuring that the product meets the desirable quality and manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering and or equivalent

• Strong CAPEX and Project Management experience

• Sound risk management, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and leadership skills

• 10 years’ experience working within a milling environment
