Job Overview
 
The Production Manager is responsible for executing daily production plans, supervising frontline teams, and ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role is the primary operational driver on the production floor — managing scheduling, equipment readiness, labor deployment, and real-time problem resolution. The Production Manager communicates performance results and operational needs to the Senior Production Manager and operates without access to company financial or budgetary information.
