PRODUCTION MANAGER

FMCG/Manufacturing or Industrial Industry experience

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Related Field)
• Experience in Flexographic Printing (Flexo) - An Advantage
• Minimum 5 Years' experience in PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT within a FMCG/Manufacturing or Industrial environment
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Safety Management
• Leadership experience in supervising production teams
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment and quality requirements
• Working shifts/weekends/overtime when required
