You must have proven experience, to support the Operations Manager, MD and other Directors. It is working for a highly successful, reputable company and working in a fast-paced, manufacturing and distribution environment. You will perform tasks that are critical to the business. This will suit somebody who already is a Production Manager, who can manage a dedicated team and lead from a strategic stance to enhance the workforce.
