Production/Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a leader in Scrap Metal Recycling and Waste Management Solutions, is looking for a Production/Maintenance Supervisor to join their team at one of their metal recycling plants in Wetton, Cape Town.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :
To plan, coordinate, and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations; and oversee the day-to-day performance of the Maintenance team.
Manage all repairs and maintenance on the plant (preventative and emergency).
Staff Management.
Procurement, stores, and stock control.
Site compliance.

Requirements :
Relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical).
A Trade Certificate would be preferred.
Proven technical experience.
Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
