Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production & Factory Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality output of production facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people, processes, and performance.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, duties to include:

Oversee all factory operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and dispatch

Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve output, quality, and safety targets

Implement and monitor KPIs across productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and on-time delivery

Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, company policies, and industry standards
