This position is based in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities - Manage and oversee daily FPM customer and vessel account setups to support business objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all FPM customer and vessel setups are completed within specified KPIs and in compliance with established procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with local and overseas FPM Project Managers to deliver required services and achieve business targets.
- Work closely with Product Managers and developers to contribute to system improvements and enhancements for FPM tools and platforms.
- Provide technical support to FPM customers and vessels using FPM system tools.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
