About the Role


Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Production Engineering Manager will lead a team to implement Lean / CI activities in process and machine to ensure efficient process control, quality and timely delivery with effective cost control to meet the Company goals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Properly manage engineering resources and lead tasks & projects to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks & projects.
  • Identify critical processes and control properly as implementing suitable methodologies.
  • Ensure safe work environment and seek & take actions on continuous improvement.
