ROLE: Production Engineer
LOCATION: Stevenage
SALARY: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring high product quality, and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure our production lines meet both efficiency and compliance standards in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Troubleshooting
Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for PCB assembly, SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), through-hole assembly, and final product integration.
Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, reduce defects, and improve throughput.
