[Production] - Analyze and improve the production process (Process Improvement). - Reduce scrap/waste and increase productivity. - Analyze problems in the production line (Root Cause Analysis). - Monitor and control KPIs such as OEE and Yield Rate. - Prepare Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures. [Maintenance] - Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities. - Troubleshoot and repair machine breakdowns. - Analyze the root cause of machine downtime and prepare reports. - Control and manage spare parts inventory. - Coordinate with suppliers in case of machine issues or technical support.
