As a Production Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of supporting production operations. Your role ensures that the production floor runs smoothly, remains on schedule, and maintains strong performance levels. You will serve as the primary point of contact for addressing questions, resolving urgent concerns, and managing work assignments efficiently.
Responsibilities

+ Serve as the main contact for all floor-level requests, questions, and concerns.

+ Capture and route needs to the appropriate team or individual, ensuring they are addressed.

+ Log problems and opportunities in the input system for tracking and resolution.

+ Prevent and resolve issues using the Situation Handling Guide.

+ Direct personnel to the appropriate team when issues fall outside their scope.

+ Identify high-risk situations and escalate them to leadership following the Basic Escalation Guide.
