 Job Description: 
 Make 1-year budget plan considering 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) planning manpower allocation including training schedule 
 Coordinate with the different section to solve different issues 
 PDCA of daily production status
 Purchase the Tools and Equipment to be used by Machine Engineer 
 Conduct Monthly Inventory of Stocks and submit to accounting Section
  ommunicate well with clients and customers 
 Qualifications:
 graduate of Bachelor's Degree 
 With strong Management and Leadership skills 
 Able to make production planning(budget)
  Preferably with experience from a Japanese manufacturing company 
 Willing to work in Rosario, cavite
