**Job Title: Production Associate**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on manual packaging in a high-volume facility. You will assemble boxes, pack final product components, perform quality checks, and support continuous, fast-paced line operations. The position requires standing and repetitive assembly work on a 12-hour shift schedule, with rotation across multiple stations on a dedicated production line.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manually assemble boxes and packaging components, including building the physical box, inserting bags, instructions, and other materials prior to shipment.
+ Work on an assembly line in close proximity to teammates, performing repetitive tasks with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.
+ Meet performance expectations by handling boxes rapidly, including being able to make a box in less than 2 seconds in some stations.
