**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate for our 1st shift. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by monitoring and operating machinery in a slow-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Load material into the machine via a hopper at the front.
+ Monitor the material as it is made into sheets and fed through the machine to a roller at the back.
+ Sit at the machine to monitor for quality defects.
+ Unload finished rolls and place them on a pallet to clear the way for the next roll to be made.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience, particularly in machine operation.
+ Ability to consistently lift 20-30 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
