Insight Global is looking for a Product Transformation Lead to join a global pharmacy clients digital product organization. This candidate will accelerate the shift from traditional, project‑based delivery to a product‑led, customer‑centric operating model. This role partners with senior leaders across product, business, engineering, and clinical domains to cultivate a product mindset, redesign processes, and guide teams through organizational change.
This is a hands‑on, strategic coaching role—not a product owner or delivery manager. The focus is on transforming how teams think, plan, and execute so they deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Compensation: $50 - 60/hr.
