Job Summary
- Create and execute learning programs/modules
- Create Needs Analysis for learning programs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Track learning program budgets
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course, preferably in the field of business, human capital, psychology or behavioral science
- With experience being part of a team and supervising individual talents.
- Above Average Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
