Minimum requirements for the role: 
Must have a tertiary qualification within the relevant field 
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience 
Demonstrated knowledge of agronomy and irrigation is essential 
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. 
Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings 
Open to extensive travel and overnight stays as operationally required (B&B/guesthouse) 
Ability to work effectively under pressure 
Must be proficient in computer applications and technology 
Strong personal time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently 
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills across departments 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
