As a Product Specialist Trainee, your main responsibility will be to provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication, follow‑up, and proactive collaboration with customers to ensure a rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having the opportunity to collaborate and engage with colleagues in the office.
